Food information notice

Nutrition

Calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat and fibre are calculated from the ingredients using UK food composition data (CoFID, the Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset). Real products, brands, portion sizes and cooking methods vary, so the figures are estimates.

Louben Shop is not a medical or dietetic service. If you have a medical condition or specific dietary needs, follow the advice of a doctor or registered dietitian.

Allergens

Allergens are identified from each recipe’s ingredients. Products can contain allergens that a recipe does not mention, and recipes from other sources or written by AI can contain mistakes. Always read the label of every product you buy, every time, especially for serious allergies.

Prices and packs

Prices are collected from supermarket websites and can change at any time; each one shows when it was checked. The amount you pay is the one shown at the supermarket’s checkout. Pack sizes, stock and substitutions are up to the supermarket.

Supermarket names

Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons are named only to describe where prices come from. Louben Shop is independent and is not endorsed by or connected with any supermarket.
